Jane has served real estate clients for more than three decades and Seattle-area clients since 2000. Her RSIR profile centers her work on care, consistent communication, encouragement, detailed market knowledge, and relationships that last after a transaction is complete.

Jane builds customized marketing plans that combine digital and print campaigns. Through Sotheby’s International Realty, those local campaigns connect to a worldwide network of resources and potential buyers.

Her communication background informs how she develops a property story, prepares clients, negotiates, and keeps complicated transactions understandable from preparation through closing.

Before real estate, Jane spent more than 20 years as a college professor teaching speech communication and theater. She earned two master’s degrees, including one in communications, experience she applies directly to client communication and negotiation.

Jane founded The Attic Theatre and remains active in the arts. She also served as an on-air film critic for KOMO’s Northwest Afternoon, adding performance, presentation, and media experience to her professional perspective.
