Gregory Neff

The analysis

Gregory approaches real estate with the financial clarity and measured risk analysis shaped by degrees in computer science and accounting and earlier work in banking, wealth management, and technology. He holds the Military Relocation Professional and Seniors Real Estate Specialist designations.

Before real estate, Gregory led an IT consulting firm serving government, wealth-management, and healthcare clients. His civic work adds a firsthand perspective on how communities grow: he currently serves on the Mill Creek Park & Recreation Board, is a former Mill Creek Planning Commissioner, and was elected to the 2027 Seattle King County REALTORS® Board of Directors.

Jane Neff

The relationship

Jane has served Seattle-area real estate clients since 2000 and brings more than three decades of industry experience. Her approach draws on over 20 years teaching speech communication and theater at the college level—experience that shows in how she listens, negotiates, and presents a property.

Jane holds two master's degrees, including one in communications. She is the founder of The Attic Theatre, a former on-air film critic for KOMO's Northwest Afternoon, and a current Co-Chair of Pride Connect.
